Tap a swatch to select it and copy its HEX. The Colors and Wheel tabs open on the selected color. Lock the colors you like, then shuffle the rest. On a keyboard, press space to shuffle.
Save this palette saves just the colors above. Save all 18 colors saves the full color set from the Colors tab. Each saves a .swatches file; open it from your Files or Downloads to import it into Procreate.
PICK A COLOR TO BUILD FROM
Drag the dot around the wheel. Angle sets the hue, distance from the center sets how vivid it is. Use the sliders to fine-tune brightness (light or dark) and saturation (gray or vivid).
Saved palettes also show up in Paint by Palette and Pattern Plethora.
